BSA/QA Analyst (Auto Finance) with Loan Organization (Hybrid Approach)

Position: BSA/QA Analyst (Auto Finance) with Loan Organization Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid Approach) Duration: 12+ Months Must Have Skills: Hands on experience in Loan Originations and Auto Finance Domain Strong experience in Accounting and Tax, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes Experience in functional testing Nice to have skills: Experience with Lean Agile development methodologies Experience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones Detailed Job Description: 8+ years of experience in Auto Finance domain Experience in Loan Originations (RouteOne, LOS, etc.) and Servicing (ALFA, etc.) systems Strong understanding of Payments, Accounting and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes 5 years of experience in testing. Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies Preferred Qualifications: Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility Conduct backlog grooming/sprint planning/scrum events/other agile sessions as needed Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution Experience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones. Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
