- 3-5 years experience as a business analyst – can have additional experience in project management or related fields
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification and methodology development
- Experience working on data security/information security project – knowledge of data security fundamentals
- Strong Office 2021/365 abilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Agile background/JIRA Exp
- Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Executive presence, comfortable creating decks and presenting them in front of senior leadership/execs/stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
- Project management experience

- Communicates changes, enhancements and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are clearly understood
- Assist with project management for highly visible initiative
- Gather and analyze data for programmatic need
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to foster productive relationship and drive results
- Participate in strategic planning meetings with business partners
- Identify specific opportunities for project success
- Identify program needs based on data collected and analyzed
- Influence stakeholders to support business project and process
- Review, and analyze program processes and recommend improvements
