We provide a competitive advantage for the company through excellence in fundamentals, integrated partnerships, and our talented and engaged team members. .The Business Systems Consultant 5 acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet).Supports Channel Secure IDaaS group using strong business analysis and communication skills. Responsible for elicitation of project business requirements and corresponding deliverables that may include functional/non-functional requirements, test documentation, and requirements traceability.Assist with creating technical design specifications and other project related documentation. Facilitate meetings between engineering subject matter experts and lines of business, while accurately documenting details and decisions. Collaborate with enterprise and LOB project managers. Includes change management coordination for service/onboarding effort and business as usual processes.Open to any Wells Fargo Major Hub location including telecommute.Required Qualifications:

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language)

IDaas (IDentity as a Service) solutions experience

Knowledge and understanding of CA Siteminder

Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes

Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: for technical design documentation used by engineering teams

Knowledge and understanding of issues or change management processes-

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
