- Develop and support Cisco UCCE ICM scripting
- Develop and support Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) call flow and scripting
- Experience in understanding the reporting structure of ICM.
- Administration and monitoring of Contact Center/Voice technologies which include Cisco UCCE, ICM and CVP
- Ability to design, create and implement effective call flows.
- Ability to analyze, code, test, and debug the application.
