NTT Data is assisting our healthcare client in their recruiting efforts for this role. This is a temporary project role. Contract Length: Ongoing until rollout is complete and post-implementation practices are defined and runningCMDB Implementation Consultant:Our Healthcare client is currently going through ITAM and CMDB implementation. They are looking for an expert who has gone through multiple CMDB implementations to join their team as a Consultant to help coach, guide and recommend best practices.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 CMDB implementations
- Preferably have implemented CMDB in both large and mid-size organizations
- Create roadmap for implementation and post-implementation
- Define user cases for implementation and post-implementation
- Create assessment of current state to define future state
- Work with internal team members as well as external service management vendor
- Recommend CMDB best practices
- Recommend CMDB tools where applicable
- Ability to coach members who are not familiar with CMDB
