Position DescriptionAs a part of the New Business Onboarding team, the Credit Associate is responsible for providing support to the Manager and Closing Analysts in the New Business Department.Job Responsibilities
Pre-closing and post-closing duties for both loan and wholesale onboarding
Verify compliant insurance, record and maintain security filings, request Certificates of Good Standing, prepare wires, confirm proper business licensing, and conduct standard due diligence inquiries
Prepare wholesale and loan documentation
Update all systems necessary for closing and dealer management
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent required.
2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Intermediate written and oral communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
