Position Summary:We are seeking a Customer Information Management and Licensing Analyst in a full-time position. This person will work closely with teams from Order Processing, Sales, Deal Desk, Support, and Product Management regarding customer entitlement data management, licensing management, problem resolution, process improvements, customer experience optimization, and project coordination.About the job:
Responsible for review, validation and approval of customer entitlement information
Validate and issue license keys to customers
Identify opportunities, lead efforts, and implement entitlement and licensing process improvements
Identify opportunities, lead efforts, and implement customer experience improvements
Actively participate in gathering requirements, testing, and implementing enhancements to the Licensing and Entitlement Management system
Ensure we follow internal policies and comply with established controls for entitlement and licensing management
Update internal entitlement and licensing management process documents as needed
Ability to do critical analysis and recommend solutions in resolving complex issues
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Team player that can seamlessly work with cross functional teams
About you:
Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
Understanding of databases and how to extract/analyze data
Familiar with SAP, Siebel, and MS Office
Proficient in using MS Excel
Experience with reporting tools
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel tasks and meet deadlines
Skills to assess and solve complex problems, devise methodologies and solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with software licensing
