This group supports functions for metadata mgmt, quality and master data mgmt. Seeking to hire an experienced Analyst who has supported enterprise metadata mgmt and data quality mgmt. They will focus on translations of business process and solving business processes for metadata mgmt (ensuring velocity definitions are high quality, being used for the intent/purpose across the enterprise) and ensuring they are maintaining/improving metrics related to those definitions. Currently all business terms are being managed and measured across the enterprise. They will also ensure the CFO data across the organization can be trusted, they will be reviewing tools (Informatica Axiom, Informatica IDQ) to collect information metrics they are correctly managing the data. They have several business units that contribute this content, so this business analyst will interact with several business units for these activities.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Act as a liaison between the business and IT organization Assist with data management deliverables Collect and analyze business process models/mapping Correlate business processes to dataflow and systems diagrams Maintain consistent communication with business partners Coordinate & facilitate working sessions and meetings with Business Units & technical teams Coordinate project deliverables and execution Summarize and document meeting notes Maintain documents, content, and related artifacts on company portalLOCAL CANDIDATES ONLYREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 4+ year of recent exp as a Business Process Analyst, performing Data Governance Analysis, working with Metadata Mgmt, Taxonomies, organizing data for various domains, understanding data quality tools and reporting metrics. Must have experience with Data Mgmt and strong understanding of business processes, translating business process and solving business processes Experience working with the Business and IT Teams, able to gather business requirements and translate into technical terminology Experience supporting functions for Metadata Mgmt, Quality and Master Data Mgmt (MDM) Review business processes and generate the data quality reports Exceptional communication skills Experience using data quality reporting tools, such as Informatica Axiom, Informatica IDQ (Data Quality assurance), or other tools that manage data quality measurements (ie Tableau or Looker etc) Experience creating general process diagrams using Visio for process analysis Exceptional written and communication skills are required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Microsoft SharePoint Site Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Information Management or related Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: Business operations for analysis and documenting in (BPMN) Data flow and data mapping Calance Consultant Benefits Offerings:- H1 Transfers/ processing offered (NO C2C)- EPO/PPO Medical Plan (Cigna)- HMO/PPO Dental programs (Cigna) - Vision - VSP (Vision Plan Summary) - 401K VOYA Retirement vesting programVacancy expired!
