A fortune 100 client is looking for individuals who want to join a new and exciting organization within the Chief Data Office. Candidates will ideally have a background in assisting an organization in the following, but not limited to: established the Marketing Technology, AdTech, and Consumer Data team to drive owned digital platform engagement, consumer data acquisition and understanding, and audience activation & execution. This teams responsibility is to evolve data-informed marketing and increase the knowledge of consumer marketing by creating Consumer Data Platform (CDP) to visualize the consumer data profile for every known household in the country. These profiles are consistently actionable across the digital media landscape to drive media effectiveness & efficiency. As a result, this individual will also be a part of the consumer privacy, compliance, and governance organization, with a cross-functional approach designed to protect the consumer and the company in an ever changing and locally relevant privacy environment. - Data Governance expertise- 2-4 years of data experience (max of 4 years), specifically within consumer data
o Strong data background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use / consumption, data quality, and stewardshipo Expertise in one of the following areas: Marketing Technology, Ad Tech, Digital Transformation, Digital Operations, Digital Media and Marketing, Digital Communications, Content Management, Privacy, CDP, CRM, Loyalty, Consumer Experience- Ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization of operational information and execution of enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures are defined and implemented.- Strong knowledge and understanding of master data elements and processes- Ability to translate business requirements into critical data dependencies and requirements Ability to think beyond their current state (processes, roles and tools) and work towards an unconstrained, optimized design- Self-starter who welcomes responsibility, along with the ability to thrive in an evolving organization and an ability to bring structure to unstructured situationsVacancy expired!
