- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering)
- 10+ years of Business Analysis and Delivery
- 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise data strategies
- 5+ years in a senior delivery role; experience with analytics/insights delivery is a plus
- Clear understanding of different data domains in operations, customer etc., and has experience in master data management
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive work product delivery
- Successful track record of leading complex projects
- Proven ability to nurture and lead technical talent
- Prior experience managing shared services and shared resource teams is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations, storytelling ability
- Team oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving results, specially via influence management
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining formal documentation that describes data and data structures including data modeling
