We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long term contract position.
Job Title: Servicenow Enterprise Architect Location: Plano TXDuration: 12+ Months Qualifications- ServiceNow Architecture experience ideally with the appropriate vendor certification
- Understanding of service integration solutions and experience of integrating service management and ITIL solutions into traditional hosting/delivery models
- Strong understanding of ITIL with v4 certification preferred
- Strong understanding with architect, solutioning and deployment with 3 or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
- Core ITSM / ITOM / ITBM / CSM / HR / SecOps
- Experience as principal technical lead on at least one major project.
- Good understanding of application architectures
- Demonstrable experience in the elicitation & specification of architectural, functional and non-functional requirements
- A good appreciation of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations and the commercial consequences of the technical decisions made by you and/or others
- Ability to develop productive client relationships at different management levels and identify and develop opportunities for new business
- 5+ years large ServiceNow instance experience driving architecture and design.
- 5+ years as a developer on a large ServiceNow implementation.
- 5 years of advanced ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration and development experience including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP and SSO
- Experience planning and executing a minimum of 3 ServiceNow upgrades
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and all functional team members
- Minimum of Masters Degree or equivalency and 12 years' experience.
- Enterprise Architect certification a plus (Togaf, IT4IT, etc)
- Agile methodology practitioner.
