As a due diligence consultant for Olsson’s Data Center Civil team, you will be involved at the onset of these projects, evaluating perspective project sites for data center clients. This position requires work on several sites simultaneously and requires broad knowledge of potential site constraints. Duties include but are not limited to: Study the feasibility of the client’s goals and objectives for the site Manage subconsultants and internal teams to achieve project deliverables Campus planning Prepare preliminary site, utility and grading plans Identify and evaluate storm water design criteria Review municipal code requirements Set project schedules /May require travel to perspective sites and/or authorities having jurisdiction./ You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others Having ownership in the work you do Using your talents to positively affect communities Solving problems Providing excellence in client service You bring to the team: Strong communication skills Ability to contribute and work well on a team Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred), including but not limited to Civil Engineering, Community and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture At least 2 years of related due diligence experience (preferred) Proficient in Civil 3D software (preferred) Proficient in ArcGIS software (preferred) Olsson is a nationally recognized, employee-owned firm specializing in planning and design, engineering, field services, environmental, and technology.
