Location: Plano TX Remote currently, shifting to more on-site in fall - need to be able to work on-site in at least a hybrid capacity Duration: Full-time, permanent Salary: negotiable based on experience, up to 110k+10% bonus range, some flex As a Visual Designer you will work as part of a team focused on delivering innovative, high-quality design fitting for a market-leading cybersecurity company. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic designer who enjoys staying on top of new techniques and tools while also dreaming up the next great idea to wow our customers while delivering a premium brand experience. With a focus on digital executions, you will bring your creative expertise to life across many different types of media including web design, short videos, digital advertising, email templates, white papers, solution briefs, company presentations and more. On occasion you will also design for more traditional mediums as well such as physical signage and printed collateral. Your day will be often include everything from quick copy updates to one-off tasks to working on large projects with a coordinated set of deliverables. Successful Visual Designers rest on a strong track record for delivering requests on time with satisfied stakeholders often requesting them by name.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary Marketing and UI/UX teams (digital campaigns, social media, web, branded assets, content strategy) on creative execution
  • Experience implementing visual design systems across channels
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
Preferred qualifications:
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products including After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and UI/UX tools like Figma
  • Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for digital campaigns, web and social media
  • Ability to communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
  • Ability to keep stakeholders up to date thru effective use of workflow management tools
