Guidewire Tester Remote A minimum of 7 years of experience in all or any 1 of, Guidewire PolicyCenter (Quote, Issue, Policy Change, Cancellation, Renewal), and ClaimCenter (FNOL, Exposures, Assignments, Litigation etc) Good Exposure to all or any 1 of Personal (Personal Auto, Homeowners etc) and Commercial (BOP, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property etc) Line of Insurance LOB's Good Exposure to Integrated applications/Interfaces to Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter and external Integrations Manage delivery to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion Work closely with functional and automation QA to identify automatable components and improve efficiency Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements Work through organization process to meet the revenue and margin target set Develop process improvements to achieve productivity improvement and cost effectiveness Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management and exposure to below GW modules Guidewire PolicyCenter - Overview Introduction to GW Processes Working with Accounts & Policies Exposure to Policy Transactions PolicyCenter screens for Major LOB's Product Model Rating Testing Guidewire Billing Center Overview Account and Policy Management Invoicing Payment Management and Delinquency Commissions and Dispute Management Schedule Management and Administration Billing Center Impact over Policy Transactions Guidewire CenterCenter - Overview Introduction to GWCC Processes in Admin Exposure to GWCC Processes in Admin Claim Creation Assignment & Segmentation Post FNOL: Regular claim flow Post FNOL: Claim flow invloves additional investigation Claim Center Integrations Guidewire Agent Portal - Overview
