Job Description Work with business customers to understand business needs and assess priorities utilizing ITx processes. Facilitate business process flow discussions and documentation. Facilitate user requirements documentation. Facilitate discussions with internal ITx groups, such as Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, etc.to achieve project deliverables. Raise potential issues to project team and management teams with proposed countermeasures. Manage project schedule and ensure all tasks are completed accordingly to plan in timely manner. Identify project risks and develop proposed countermeasures. Maintain and issues list for each project and follow-through to ensure all issues are resolved on-time to achieve project goal. Create weekly status reports or conduct sprint demos and retrospectives as required. Escalate issues and impediments daily that impact benefit, time, cost or quality to management Develop, document and implement timely countermeasures to problems/risks. Build relationship with vendors and service providers. Responsible for quality, cost and timing. Taking ownership and responsibility of projects. Experience with project management methodologies Waterfall, AGILE / Scrum, SDLC
