Together, we are on a quest to change banking for good.ITSM Sr. Process ManagerThe ITSM Governance Sr. Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation, evolvement, and on-going usage of ServiceNow's ITSM products such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management. The ITSM Governance Sr. Manager will equally be the metrics champion, responsible for all ITSM Metrics through Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.This role will also be responsible for the execution and oversight of assessments for public cloud engineering platforms, Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, business applications, and 3rd party vendors. You will oversee risk treatment plans or policy exceptions where risks have been identified. You will monitor industry best practices to ensure the company maintains a risk-based approach to its infrastructure practices. The ITSM Governance Sr. Manager will be responsible for presenting identified risks and their control plans to the Capital One leadership team. In this role, you must be comfortable in communicating across a global business and amongst all management levels. Ideal candidates will have worked in a lead security role with a focus on risk analysis.Responsibilities:

Define and own policies, processes and procedures for ITSM ServiceNow.

Create and maintain ITSM ServiceNow training, policy, process and procedure documentation.

Maintain oversight and trend analysis, driving and improving overall process and compliance/adherence.

Oversee the creation and execution of compliance and audit framework across the ServiceNow Platform.

Participate in ITSM ServiceNow initiatives with all Divisions and Sub-divisions using ServiceNow.

Identify automation opportunities and oversee implementation.

Represent ITSM ServiceNow as the process expert at executive briefings, workshops and external events.

Provide ITSM ServiceNow mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.

Work closely with Product Management on upcoming releases to ensure alignment with the defined ITSM ServiceNow compliance and audit framework.

Work with internal customers to understand their needs and bring back this knowledge to the products, process and procedures.

Perform Technical Governance duties in alignment with our Tech stakeholders across the enterprise.

Be a key stakeholder of all projects that touch the ITSM ServiceNow platform.

Define and drive metrics/KPI's through Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics, acting as the metrics champion for ITSM ServiceNow.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or military experience

At least 4 years’ experience in an IT Service Management, IT Risk Management, IT Governance, Information Security, or Compliance role

At least 2 years’ experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 10 years of Information Technology experience.

At least 5 years of experience with CMDB and associated technologies.

At least 2 years’ experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.

At least 2 years’ experience with IT GRC platforms.

At least 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow associated ITSM related functions such as monitoring, operations, and performance analytics.

At least 2 years’ experience with managing 3rd party vendor relationships.

At least 2 years’ experience in a financial institution or technology company

Industry-recognized certifications in security, risk management, and/or governance (i.e. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, SANS GIAC)
