Job Description
General Summary: Skilled Surface associate who is responsible for proficiently performing all tasks within the department and capable of exceeding expectations at all stations in the department. Can be utilized for training others in the department. Capable of filling in and performing some Lead roles for the Team Lead when necessary.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:- Has experience to perform in all departmentareas including: backside coating, blocking, generating, lens washing, polishing, tool pulling, fining, taping, beveling, block prep and deblocking
- Assists department lead in training newassociates or according to direction from Supervisors
- Assists with functions of the Team Lead when instructed or directed by Supervisors
Qualifications
- No specific education level required
- At least one (1) year of direct or related experience required
- Must be able to read and write English
