Position:Launch Coordinator JOB REF#:966100Duration:12+ Months (On-going Contract)Location:Plano, TX 75024 Rate:Open/Market Rate (W2 ONLY/H1B Transfer)

Launch Coordinator will collaboratively to support the Digital Retailing platform/program by joining the Technical Launch Team. The program is now at general availability and ramping up for their national launch. This individual will have the opportunity to support the launch process from sign-up to successful launch. Additional responsibilities will include following up on requests and with technology teams to identify and resolve launch issues.

This resource needs to be highly motivated and organized. They will be conducting 3 large ID sessions for dealers to help them understands smart programs and aware of the current ticketing systems. They will also help them setup computer equipment/hardware.

Daily responsibilities include: Conduct Pre-Launch IT Sessions with to document their current tech ecosystem, describe go-live process/user account set-ups and explain basic program processes Requires frequent interface with the user community Review and maintain program training materials and communications Understand SmartPath program goals and work with technology teams that support the program Assign access to users and systems from basic UI screens and provide activity tracking Work with ticketing systems (ServiceNow and Jira) for technology launch set-up issues and provide reporting Attend several regularly scheduled meetings with possibility of facilitating or note-taking Review and document Dealership feedback for future enhancement consideration, as required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience coordinating IT pre-launch/go-live sessions, setting up users and communicating program processes Experience responding to requests to identify and resolve launch issues. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of computer hardware and mobile technology Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis with exceptional customer service Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow and Jira) Must have EXCELLENT written and oral communication skills Education: High School graduate
