Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the core BGS organization in Plano, Texas . As a Mid-Level Financial Analysis Analyst , you will be responsible for providing forecasts, financial analysis, and reporting to the Working Capital and Affordability Senior Manager.Position Responsibilities:Providing financial products and services and acting as a business advisor and partner in a diverse business unit.

Initiates, collects, compiles, and integrates data for BGS headcount reporting and support to the headcount Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).

Develops forecasts for budgets, functions and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) primarily focused on affordability initiatives.

Executes variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior leadership.

Partners with Business Transformation Program Management Office in tracking current BGS initiatives and capturing the opportunities for leadership reporting.

Makes recommendations for business unit/program financial and performance improvements.

Leads/supports development of business cases using appropriate financial indices and coordination with other stakeholders for BGS Business Transformation efforts.

Utilizes insightful analysis to support decision making and help drive business results.

Expected to assist in the development and improvement of internal senior leadership reports.

Leads and/or participates in lean activities to continuously improve finance processes.

Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction

Expected to be a change agent within BGS Finance as we adapt to changing market conditions and supporting senior leadership

Establishes partnerships and relationships with peers and functional leaders

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

1+ years of experience leading or manager process improvement projects

3+ years of experience do you have with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Ability to work in virtual/telecommuting (hybrid) and an office setting

Ability to work on site as needed as Boeing location in Plano, Texas

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience creating culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction
