MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Project ManagerDirect HirePlano, TX (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Business Central Finance Project Manager/System Admin to be responsible for implementing and enhancing the current Dynamics functionality to improve business processes and operational support.
Responsibilities:Lead implementation of expansion of current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalityDefine user roles and responsibilities to satisfy internal control requirementsAutomate Purchase Order process with internal approval workflowsEstablish inventory management process and reportingAutomate journal entry approval workflowsImplement Accounts Payable invoice processing and approval (Continia)Implement budget/forecast transactions and reportingCreate management reporting dashboardsValidate currency translation transactions in Consolidated companyMaintain MEM reporting integrityBuild and maintain relationships with system users including finance, operations, accounting, and salesWork closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specificationsProvide post-implementation support and user trainingManage the conversion and implementation process of any third-party productsEnsure users are maximizing the potential of the functionalityTrain staff in effective use of the softwareCreate process and internal control documentation as needed Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experienceKnowledge of accounting processes related to the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence, Power BI)Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business applicationExcellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedYoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
