ACS group has an immediate need for a

Network Engineer – 3 opening with experience in the Investment domain/Banking Industry. This is a 6+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.Please review the job description below:

Position : Network Engineer – 3 opening

Location :

New Castle Wilmington, DE 19803, Plano, TX 75024

Duration :

12+ months contract with possibility of extension

Job Description:

Top Skills:

- - In depth understanding of routing, switching, BGP,
  - VPN, MPLS, Firewalls required. Basic understanding of Json, Python is helpful

Key Responsibilities:

Research existing network connections
Attend meetings with LOBs, Project Manager, Business Partners and gather requirements
Order MPLS circuits if needed
Reserve hardware in warehouse
Put together configuration/implementation document and present to team
Configure routers prior to shipping to business partner locations
Configure routers in strategic data centers
Add new hardware to network management systems
Document each business partner connection in database

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Project Description:Migrate over 400 business partner network connections from legacy data centers to new strategic data centers. Network connections consist of VPN, MPLS and Point-To-Point. New hardware and circuits will be installed as part of the migration. Once the migration is completed, hardware in the legacy data centers will be decommissioned.If it creates an interest for you, please email me the latest copy of your resume.
