job summary:
As a Operations Technician, you will be working in a fast-paced and ever changing/evolving environment that provides monitoring for mission critical services to ensure a secure, uninterrupted flow of all data and services. Required Skills:1. Ability and willingness to effectively work a 12 hour overnight shifts.2. High sense of work ethic and reliability.3. Must be able to work with external groups during operations to help identify and resolve supported issues.5. Must be able to process, evaluate and respond to alerts, alarms and incidents (as well as other forms of support) according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and within the required SLAs.6. Must have strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.7. Must be able to follow processes and be process oriented.8. Experience with various ticketing systems ensuring accurate and up-to-date information preferred, ServiceNow a plus.9. Experience with various monitoring tools preferred.10. Identify and respond to issues, alerts and scheduled checks vie email, ticketing system and eyes on glass.11. 1 to 3 years working in an inbound helpdesk or operations center. qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
