INDIST# How you'll Help Us: Reporting to the solution/delivery leadership, the Pega Lead Business Architect will manage the collaboration between business and technical teams throughout customer engagement. The person will have experience in Pega Low-Code-Approach using Pega App Studio, Pega DCO, conducting elaboration sessions, and the ability to work with project teams to provide expert advice not only on the business requirements but also how to best express requirements and design based on industry knowledge. Why the Role is Important: As a Pega Lead Business Architect you will be joining a vibrant and agile digital practice within NTT DATA. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical and business analysis background, be hands-on, and come prepared and ready to lead Pega projects business architecture steam, learn and explore new capabilities of Pega technology. Strong business acumen along with strong communication skills (both oral and written) is an absolute must to be successful in all areas of the business. Certified Business Architects are expected to think independently, but also must value teamwork as they define first-rate software solutions in a collaborative setting. Once You Are Here, You Will Lead the business team (Lead System Architects, Sr. System Architects, and the business architects) in coordinating efforts to understand the business problem, gather requirements, develop requirements, and transform those requirements into data mapping specs, choosing the best way to implement them while leveraging the Pega software, Pega App Studio, DCO capabilities, and adhering to guardrails. Often lead requirements conversations, needing to push back to help drive discussions to out of the box capabilities to help ensure out of the box capabilities are leveraged where possible to meet business requirements. Maintain the functional backlog, support functional design, identify micro journeys, persona experiences, data needs & communication channels, and determine the TO-BE solution and roadmap including Minimum Loveable Product, key milestones, key project deliverables, to achieve the outcome. Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development. Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups. Be responsible for the quality of the process architecture and product. Validate developed functionality for any quality issues, demonstrate features during socializations, help change management teams during product adoption procedures, and hand over to Product Owners for their end user consumption. On a needed basis and type of engagement, take scrum master responsibilities and manage scrum ceremonies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field Pega Business Architect certification 2+ Years performed as lead business architect in Pega engagements, with demonstrable real project experience in leading Pega projects as a Business Architect. 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, design and prototyping of enterprise application systems. Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfall and exposure to a variety of technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers, not just Pega. Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate. Prior knowledge of Product Composer System (PCS) Application Nice to Have; (But not a must) Knowledge of Pega Capabilities Knowledge of Pega Express Methodology Knowledge of creating UML diagrams for business process modeling Knowledge of requirement management tools like JIRA, DevOps Knowledge of Agile Methodologies PMP Certified Certified Scrum Master Certified in Pega System Architecture (CSA) Knowledge in industries Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Utilities, Travel: Willingness to travel.
