- Building proposals and presentations for projects and large scope areas for executive management.
- Be able to tell meaningful stories with data
- Lead the process of interpreting data, analyzing results and providing ongoing reports
- Provide analytics and metrics results to upper management
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Make data-driven recommendations
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data and information sets
- Help develop and utilize dashboards effectively
- Maintain objectivity at all times to ensure processes and products are relevant to the business
- Coordinate the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- Research and evaluate industry standards and a benchmark to support GS effectiveness
- Create sustainable communication themes in conjunction with systematic routines, processes, and preparedness activities
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen and technical savviness.
- Over 5 years of experience dashboards, interactive reporting, and various forms of visual display of quantitative information
- High level of proficiency with the current suite of Microsoft office products
- Strong experience building roadmaps, strategy documents, vision documents, storytelling in a few slides to executive management.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics arena preferred
- Extensive experience in Reporting, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or related fields; or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
