Your first three months, you will -Participate in New Hire Training covering the introduction to our onboarding organization, project management tools, end - to - end process flows, and additional resources to help you work smarter

Engage with senior leaders to review our Vision and Strategy

Get to know your partners by attending regular calls to review process improvements and product updates

Begin to build your brand and establish valuable relationships .

Build a relationship with the team you will be leading to deliver treasury solutions

Understand our product offering and how we implement them

Gain experience through shadowing skilled and knowledgeable peer managers

What you will need to be successful-Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience

Proven leadership and experience in growing/developing other employees

Experience with complex treasury implementations

Knowledge of API and H2H mixed payable solutions

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strengths to manage conflict and assemble internal resources

Comfort to lead in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing atmosphere

Strong communication skills to partner and influence other teams

Enthusiasm to tell a story with facts and data

Flexibility to effectively operate in an ever changing product & implementation environment

Willingness to travel, less than 25% of your time

Ultimately you'll be expected to lead, grow and develop the API/H2H Technical Team . This includes:Deliver on the firms initiatives through coordinated initiatives and processes which support business plans

Communicate and leverage business knowledge with technical expertise to challenge assumptions around operating models

Manage team performance through coaching and development of individuals

Build relationships across the organization which promote a client centric organization

Work closely with product teams to lead successful pilot rollouts

Stay up to date with the launch of new digital and mixed payable products. Take an active role in insuring core team is trained and educated on the implementation process.

Support client escalations effectively with a clear path to resolution

Manage internal partner expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectations
