Title: Production Support Analyst

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 12+ Months of Contract

Night Shift: 6pm – 6am – 3 days/4days next week

Project Details:Production Support Team – Level 1 support and bit of level 2 support.Production support role. There is significant amount of project work, monitoring apps with new relic and Splunk. Python is what they use for coding. Cloud environment AWS.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring apps such as New Relic and Python
Python coding
Coordinating with other teams
Analyzing Turnover log, incident bridge, Updating documentation

Position Qualifications (Note Must Have vs. Nice to Have):

Must have:Experience with Monitoring apps such as New Relic and PythonPython coding or any coding expExcellent communication skills as they will involve in documentation and communication with leadership

Nice to have:Cloud experience (AWS or any other)
