- The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points.
- They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the agile team (as a key partner in the planning and sprint process), by actively leading triages.
- They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners and serves as stand-in Change Manager, when needed, and effectively understand the feature costs by owning dispatch process in order to maintain accurate estimates.
- In addition, the Delivery Lead must have strong knowledge of Agile events and PI Planning experience.
- They will actively contribute to and coordinate program planning and ensure success of deliverables through continuous review of upcoming sprints.
- The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a business analyst role in agile environment.
- Ability to write quality stories and collaborate across the board
- Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
- Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills.
- Intermediate Word.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Good understanding of Agile working experience and Agile events. Proficient with Agile tools, like JIRA, is preferable .
