Position: SAP RTR Testing ConsultantDescriptionWork directly with Financial Product Owner and other Test Leads. Need strong finance and accounting background to support testing and analysis of SAP RTR (record to report) applications.Knowledge of SAP BPC is a plus.Need to be able to track testing progress and status, organize people and activities, identify road blocks and dependencies,Need to coordinate testing status tracking, strong communication; written and oral.Ability to be organized. Person needs to be clear and concise.Know how to escalate and when to escalate. Need to manage upfront dependencies.Accounting experience is a requirement. Multi-module subledger experience in ERP is a requirement Financial reporting would be plus.Soft skills are important regarding professionalism. Needs to be system savvy and is comfortable with Zephyr and the art of Excel spreadsheets and Power BI. TTesting Experience and Responsibilities Critical: Experience managing formal testing efforts (SIT, UAT) in the context of a large, complex implementation Critical:Ability to lead and manage a team of test analysts Critical: Ability to organize high-level/detailed tasks and delegate to team of test analysts Critical:Strong communications skills; deliver accurate and concise statements verbally and in written form. Critical:Experience creating formal Test Plans (SIT, UAT) in the context of large implementation.Experience creating detailed Test Scripts based on business user stories and/or functional requirements.Experience driving/managing daily execution of formal testing (SIT/,UAT)Experience solving testing-related problems (data coordination, defects, cross-functional dependencies, new business users/testers, etc.).Ability to interact and communicate efficiently with various teams and individuals to ensure completion of testing deliverablesExperience with Agile methodology and proven adherence to aggressive timelines.Integrate and collaborate effectively with Scrum teams Ability to develop trusted relationship with Scrum Product OwnersExperience with testing/requirements tools such as Zephyr, JIRA.Deliverables:Test Plans, Test Script, Test Cases, Status ReportsDeliverables above are of high quality and tailored to each consuming audience.
