Palo Alto Networks is looking for a highly motivated

Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst who is excited to join a high growth Company. The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking, communication and project management skills. Initially, this person will be a leader on the Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections team supporting the company transition to SAP S/4HANA. This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside OTC Leadership to optimize the structure, improve processes, enhance governance and build scalable solutions for future growth. After SAP S/4HANA goes live in 2022, this role will shift to the overall project management and AR Reporting role.

Your Impact

  • Order to Cash SAP S/4Hana design and UAT Testing
  • Identify and collaborate with cross-functional business partners and third parties to implement best practices, automation and continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate with the AR, Credit & Collections management team for future projects
  • Issue and communicate project status to leadership, steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate
  • Support accounts receivable related system implementations and perform or review user acceptance testing
  • Design, implement and maintain Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Accounts Receivable Executive reporting packages
  • Data analysis, performance analysis, and support as well as continuous improvement of reporting management processes, with a particular focus on data quality and accuracy
  • Weekly cash forecasting for $1B+ quarterly collections
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relative area with 3+ years experience
  • Public company experience within an AR, Credit and Collections environment
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA required
  • Experience with creating reports in Tableau, Blackline, Clarizen, Concur, HighRadius, Salesforce are a plus
  • Experience with high technology clients in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space a plus
  • Critical thinker with a risk-based approach mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement new processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Proficiency in Google Suite a plus
