- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar technical degree.
- FP&A/Revenue Management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in a role responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets.
- Experience working with Big Data Applications.
- Automotive experience helpful, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on creating/using large data sets in excel.
- Proficiency in Tableau & Alteryx.
- Automate accessory forecast reports & variance analysis identifying sales drivers between multiple scenarios.
- Support with loading the accessory forecast data into multiple systems.
- Automate Monthly Reporting & Variance Analysis – Support monthly reporting & variance analysis of accessory sales and gross margin by preparing a monthly variance analysis that calculates change vs multiple scenarios and identifies the key drivers for the change.
- Automate Rebate & Sales Dashboards – Utilize Alteryx & Tableau to maintain a series of rebate & sales dashboards which analyze sales/margin trends and ROI for rebate programs.
- Prepare analysis for strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for various reporting.
- SAP/PASA - Support integrations between SAP, PASA, and current accessory databases, as well as working with cross-functional teams to develop new dashboards and capabilities based on business requirements.
- Support team with ad hoc requests throughout the month.
