A client of ours in Plano, TX is looking for a Senior Java Developer. This is a 2 year contract to hire opportunity. Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:Execute and program on an application development team through allphases of the software development lifecycle? Provide expertise in triaging, diagnosing and resolving complex systemsissues? Quickly learn and apply new information and knowledge? General knowledge of the securities industry and Cspecificbusinesses.? Working knowledge in one or more highly specialized areas of applicationdevelopment and/or business analysis that is of significant impact to theorganization.? Advanced knowledge of programming language(s), software developmenttools and environment(s) and systems analysis and functional design.? Thorough knowledge of database concepts, database design, datamodeling and system architectures.? Expert knowledge of application design principles, practices, systemdevelopment methodologies and software life cycles.? Advanced knowledge of user interface principles and windows designstandards.? Thorough knowledge of security and disaster recovery requirements forapplications development.? Thorough knowledge of documentation and training.- Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

- 4+ years Experience with Front end technology such as Javascript/Angular/React
- 3+ years Experience with Container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes

- 6+ years Experience with RESTful APIs
- 4+ years Experience with CI/CD such as GitLab or Jenkins
- 6+ years Experience with Build tools such as Gradle or Maven
- 4+ years of Experience with Linux
- AND, 6+ years of experience in software development experience in Software Engineering
- 6 years of experience with Java development with good grasp of quality and testing
- 4+ years Experience with Front end technology such as Javascript/Angular/React
