Title: Service Now Integration Developer – with Sailpoint

Location: Plano, TX

Job Description:o Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementationo Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.o Experience in developing complex catalog itemso Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.o Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.o Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvementso Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNowo Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate taskso Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).o Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint system is mandatory and other third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Web services.Certifications:o ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL v3/ ITIL v4o ServiceNow System Administration Certified.
