Role: Software Technical Writing Manager (M Level) Location: Remote Full Time Required Experience:
- Minimum of five years' experience in writing software documentation.
- Understanding of learning and documentation strategies.
- Complete understanding of content strategy implement lessons learned and best practices from prior releases.
- Ability to self-manage daily responsibilities.
- Experience using authoring tools such as Confluence and video production tools like Captivate or Camtasia
- Knowledge of scripting tools, such as PERL
- Expertise with TriZetto product solutions is a must
- Experience with SOAP, REST, and FHIR API Services
- Prior experience working as a software technical writer
- SaaS software development
- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Attend walkthrough sessions with SMEs.
- Define documentation tasks, sizing and conduct needs analyses.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, and FHIR API Services
- Knowledge of scripting tools, such as PERL.
- Define and implement document strategy and best practices with TriZetto tools.
