Sr. Operations Manager – Palo Alto Networks Financial Services (PANFS)

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Palo Alto Networks Financial Services (PANFS), the Sr. Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of PANFS. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed organization within the Company, leveraging prior experience and knowledge to grow and expand the organization's contributions and capabilities.

Your Impact

• Manage all pre-sales and post-sales financing activities including:
• Coordinate documentation process with sales, legal, and the customer
• Assist sales with deal structuring and pricing
• Secure all required credit, pricing, and non-standard terms and condition approvals
• Manage the customer and PANFS on-boarding process
• Coordinate with accounting and accounts payable to ensure timely funding of new PANFS financings
• Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of deals, managing quarter-end and year-end deadlines
• Working with accounting, sales operations, order management, IT and other teams to ensure the financing program is aligned/integrated into the company’s overall booking/order process
• Lead and manage the day-to-day leasing and financing system (IDS) – identify and execute operational improvements
• Develop and manage complete set of management reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; MBA or other certifications are a plus
• 7+ years’ experience of leasing and financing experience
• Previous experience with IDS or other leasing and financing systems, SFDC, and/or SAP
• Collaborative and highly professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure.
• Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Palo Alto Networks Financial Services was formed to provide financing arrangements to Palo Alto Networks, Inc.’s Enterprise customers. The program was established in April 2020 in the US and will be expanding internationally over the next 12 months.
