Requisition Number: 82890 Insight is seeking a skilled and experienced Process Manager who will manage processes and communications required to address desktop security vulnerabilities within tight deadlines. You will manage engagement with Tech and Business partners across the company to address security vulnerabilities owned by their departments. You will create email communications to large user groups detailing actions they are required to take and follow up on all questions and escalated concerns so that deadlines are met. You will monitor, report and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives, and make recommendations on changes, collect and analyze data for supporting recommendations, and collaborate on project teams and broader enterprise initiatives to represent the team for changes that may impact team processes. You must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and owning engagement with partners across the company on behalf of the Application Delivery team
  • Creating and monitoring processes to address security vulnerabilities within defined timelines
  • Building and utilizing a network of Tech and Business contacts to identify, review and plan for efforts to address team challenges and pain points
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the team in projects and other meetings
  • Monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups, make final recommendations for approval on changes.
  • Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review
  • Collaborate across teams to create new processes where needed, to close gaps and/or quality issues

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in an information technology environment
  • 1+ years of experience working in Agile
  • 1+ years of experience with project management tools (Jira or Confluence)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • LEAN certification or Six Sigma certification
  • 4+ years of experience in Process management
  • 4+ years of experience in an information technology environment
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile
  • 2+ years of experience with project management tools (Jira or Confluence)
