- Leading and owning engagement with partners across the company on behalf of the Application Delivery team
- Creating and monitoring processes to address security vulnerabilities within defined timelines
- Building and utilizing a network of Tech and Business contacts to identify, review and plan for efforts to address team challenges and pain points
- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the team in projects and other meetings
- Monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups, make final recommendations for approval on changes.
- Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review
- Collaborate across teams to create new processes where needed, to close gaps and/or quality issues
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
- At least 3 years of experience in an information technology environment
- 1+ years of experience working in Agile
- 1+ years of experience with project management tools (Jira or Confluence)
- LEAN certification or Six Sigma certification
- 4+ years of experience in Process management
- 4+ years of experience in an information technology environment
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile
- 2+ years of experience with project management tools (Jira or Confluence)
