Sr QA (Automation)

Title: Sr QA (Automation)Location: Dallas, TX NEED LOCALS ONLY….HYBDRID MODEL LOOKING FOR STONG AUTOMATION / SELINIUM EXPERINCE ALONG WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERINCE

• 7 or more years of experience designing and creating Test Case scenarios, testing software and validating data.

• 3 or more years of experience with SQL and stored procedures in various databases (SQL
  Server, Sybase, DB2).
• Proficient end-to-end understanding and experience with knowledge of system development life cycles.

• Strong understanding and hands on experience with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile/SCRUM Methodology.
• Working ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.
• Proficient ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease while maintaining strong customer focus.

• Ability to take little direction and achieve quality results independently.
• Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English, including the ability to provide clear, constructive direction and feedback to team members.

• Retail industry experience preferred, especially related to any of the following areas: store operations, warehouse distribution, store allocation, merchandising, marketing, accounting, and finance.

• Knowledge of Merchandise and Warehouse management (JDA, PKMS) and .Net application development environments preferred.
• Knowledge of IBM iSeries operating system and applications preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent year-for-year experience preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates a commitment to At Home policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience creating and executing automation test scripts using industry standard automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Soap UI, Postman, JMeter, Appium, Cucumber etc.

• Solid understanding of the Test Pyramid and ability to implement automated tests across all levels (Unit, Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance / end-to-end).
