Candidate need to be 10-15 years of experience.
Should a very strong communication skill.
Should have played client facing roles both Technical and Business teams.
Should be a team player.
Should be a very good hands-on skill. Should be capable of coding on regular basis.
Should have worked in Large Development projects.
Should Have a very strong trouble-shooting skills.
Should be flexible to experiment in new technical areas as per the need of the clients.
Should have strong hands on React JS with Hooks.
Should have strong hands on Java Script.
Scenario based coding interview will be part of evaluation. Candidates should be able to perform coding using Java Script and React JS.
