This individual will be assisting in identifying and resolving discrepancies between cash flows generated by system of record and cash flows from external parties. This resource will interface with the following departments: Capital Market Traders (front office traders) Banks, Custodians, and Counterparties Cash Management Treasury Systems Treasury AccountingDaily Job Duties: Assist with the daily Debt and Derivatives treasury operations, Collateral, Commercial Paper, and Investments Investments are confirmed and validated in Wall Street Suite (WSS) on trade date for Money Market Funds, Money Market Accounts, Euro Time Deposits, Investments, Equity and Inter-company loan transactions. Ensure daily transmission for commercial paper is processed in ATOM and WSS. Ensure daily CSA confirmations are confirmed with external Counterparties and processed in system Contacting counterparties worldwide banks when issues arrives or team not getting a response, following up, negotiating, etc. Researching resolving issues, document process and proposal solutions Compiling and maintaining desk top procedure documentationREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Must have Treasury Operations experience (middle office) consisting of debt (bond/loan/asset back securities), derivative (swap, collateral), investment (CP, MMA, MMF, ETD, ECR), and treasury/banking platforms, etc. Must have hands-on Treasury operation skills, including Treasury workstation exposure Advanced MS proficiency and a bachelor's degree is a must. Must have exp with Money Market, Investment products, Banking platform with Bachelors. 5+ years of experience in Treasury Operations Working knowledge of any Treasury workstation, such as Kyriba and/or Wall Street Suite (WSS) Familiarity with debt products (ABS, Bonds, etc.) Must have exp providing daily hands-on operations & confirmation exp, familiarity with debt products (ABS, etc.), with excellent soft skills & attention to detail. Must have hands-on experience as a Financial Analyst, supporting daily operations and confirmation experience Strong verbal communication skills (talking with internal and external counter parties daily) Must be able to negotiate, and be firm but friendly Advanced Excel must know pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting, and formulas (no macros) Education: 4-year degree (BA/BS in Finance, Economics or related field) Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: Working knowledge of short term investment products Wall Street Suite is a BIG plus Bloomberg a plusCalance Consultant Benefits Offerings:- EPO/PPO Medical Plan (Cigna)- HMO/PPO Dental programs (Cigna) - Vision - VSP (Vision Plan Summary) - 401K VOYA Retirement vesting programVacancy expired!
