Plano, TexasThe Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Policy Team oversees and provides independent review and challenge to Wholesale Credit Risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. Reporting to the team lead, you will help to establish escalation and review protocols and set governance for policy initiation, review, and modification. This will include partnering closely with wholesale credit risk lines of businesses (LOBs) including Commercial Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, etc. and functional areas supporting these LOBs to lead and deliver transformational initiatives and respond to regulatory requirements. You will focus on the strategic execution of a framework transformation that will garner high exposure to senior leadership.You Will:Independently review and challenge policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

Participate in document development, review and securing document owner approvals.

Coordinate cross-line of business and regional engagement for framework transformation through Forums, working group sessions, and deep dives)

Align functional support groups (Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal) to risk policy priorities

Manage program data

Create, enhance and deliver reporting against transformation efforts and where necessary, resolve and escalate challenges

Provide quarterly updates to senior leadership

You :Have wholesale credit risk, policy or governance work experience (strongly preferred, at least 3 years)

Appreciate the value of working in partnership with others to accomplish our goals and can demonstrate that you have achieved measurable results

Use your knowledge to find answers to pressing problems and create workable solutions

Have strong verbal and written communications skills

Can handle many different tasks and demonstrate a willingness to take on responsibilities that may fall outside your immediate area of expertise

Can work independently

Like the challenge of thinking thoughtfully and analytically and you like to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions

Are good at project management (this is a plus!)
