Job Description

Global SAP GRC Security Manager The Global SAP GRC Security Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation and sustainment of the SAP GRC security solution. The Global SAP GRC Security Manager duties include but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, setup and configuration, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, implementation, go-live activities and production support. In this role you will work closely with the Functional Teams and the Identity Management team and local implementation project teams to design and build the overall security solution to meet PepsiCo's business needs. The SAP GRC Security Manager will be engaged in all aspects of project management. This includes project planning, leadership and management of internal and external resources, management of project execution, risk management, schedule and cost control, communication, issue resolution, and contingency planning.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or a related line of study

Experience:
  • 10 years of overall experience, and 8 years in IT SAP Security
  • 8 years of experience with implementing and supporting SAP security (GRC, ECC, S/4, HANA, Fiori, BI, CRM, XI, PO, Portal, HCM, SM, SCM, CRM, Portal)
  • 2 years of experience with Integrating IDM (Identity Management) with SAP GRC and Recertification software
