Title : Project Release Manager

Location: Dallas TX Purpose is to ensure QA environment stability, support Quickbase Intake Requests (on the TechOps side) for use of environments and tracking what is going on in each of them, and work with Enterprise Hangar Management teams to be aware of what TechOps is doing in each of the hangars, as well as our team being aware of what other teams are doing should it impact us in anyway. Goal is to learn to play together within TechOps and also across the enterprise.In this role:

will interact with product owners, scrum masters, devops, developers, qmo, and business users to stand up QA environment
escalate incidents until resolution
will represent the team on enterprise hangar environment requests
will manage the intake request environment daily-stand up meeting
will manage setting up game plan meeting, environment build out meetings, and any additional meetings regarding use of the QA environments
create Kanban for devops support
create RITMs for external team support
create INCIDENTS for issues needing resolution
