Quality Assurance Manager The role of Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (QA), is responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest quality solutions possible. This role has responsibility for staffing and supporting an internal testing team, along with responsibility for engaging and collaborating with external Quality Assurance vendor partners. This position is a chance to interact with many highly collaborative agile teams with a strong emphasis on agile testing methodology and test automation. Responsible for defining the strategic vision and operational direction for all activities related to product quality across the entire portfolio of software products and offerings.

Position Requirements:
  • Up to 10% domestic & international travel (this equates to once a quarter)
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of (9) years' experience managing or directing at all levels of testing including unit, functional, automation, regression, performance and scalability testing
  • Need 4 years of experience in leading strategy, leading teams, and systems level thinking and understanding of application architecture
  • Demonstrated understanding for concurrent releases of and experience managing and forecasting budget using precision time management solving skills
