Position Type: Direct hire

Salary: DOE! (Not to exceed $250,000) + bonus

JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a VP of Professional Services for a direct hire opportunity in Plano, TX. The VP of Professional Services will report directly to the CEO and manage the Cybersecurity for clients (IE. Actively selling Cybersecurity solutions outside of the organization). The ideal candidate for this role will offer proven success in their experience managing P&L to generate revenue. The VP of Professional services will work alongside the sales team to do presentations to potential customers and focus on four key areas of the business, GRC, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, and PEN Testing. The VP of Professional Services will manage a team of roughly 20 direct reports, including Technical Leads, Palo Alto Engineers, and PEN Testers. This role will own and manage the Transformation team, oversee portfolio management, and offer go-to-market strategy and delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

10 + years of Cybersecurity Professional Services experience within a Cybersecurity firm
10+ years of experience within the Cybersecurity domain
Experience leading Cybersecurity teams to support solutions for an external client base
Experience building out and scaling Professional Services Environments
Experience Owning the Professional Services P&L and customer satisfaction across all PS Delivery
Experience scaling and implementing successful market-driven and data-supported company growth
Pipeline management experience (backlog and revenue)
Proven success delivering Cybersecurity Solutions to external customers
