- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Geographical information systems (GIS) environmental science, or another relevant geospatial or science-related field.
- Demonstrated software programming and debugging skills with at least 5-7 years of experience developing geospatial-related applications in multiple languages (JavaScript/CSS/HTML5, Python, JSON/XML, etc.).
- Working knowledge of relational database management systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Esri Enterprise Geodatabase management and maintenance.
- An understanding of the ESRI ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro suite of products.
- Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret business applications and is responsible for developing applications and products to fulfill those requirements.
- Automates the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps).
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimum guidance and supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience with ArcGIS products in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience working with PODS pipeline data models.
- Esri ArcGIS Enterprise development and administration.
- Experience with Safe FME development.
- Python scripting.
- Java script programming.
