Services are designed to provide stand-alone value to the customer and enable them to take advantage of all the benefits of standardizing on Microsoft's latest technology. The Active Directory Technical Consultant will typically work independently on small to medium size projects with Senior Architect support, or as part of a larger team with a Technical Architect Lead.Job Responsibilities Include:- Assess and Document customer's current Active Directory environments
- Assess and Design customer's future state Active Directory environment
- Document final As-Built state of customer's Active Directory
- Provide next day support for escalated incident response related to Active Directory design implementation
- Accurately document issue/resolution processes for other to follow.
- Take direction and complete assign migration activities independently.
- Follow written and verbal directions, providing feedback when the process does not work properly.
- Report Status, issues, and risks to PM for publication
- 10 years of experience Deploying Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs
- 10 years of experience Designing Enterprise Active Directory solutions
- 10 years of experience with Large Enterprise Active Directory Migrations
- 10 years of experience with Large Enterprise Active Directory Support
- 10 years of experience with Azure Active Directory
- 10 years of experience with Azure Active Directory Connector (AADC)
- 10 years of Greenfield Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Design
- 10 years of experience with large scale Active Directory upgrades / migrations
- 10 years of PowerShell scripting experience
- 10 years of experience writing business case analyses
- 10 years of experience authoring technical whitepapers or findings reports
- Experience developing and presenting project updates and reports to client teams
- Experience working on projects under aggressive schedules and ambiguous direction
- Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience eliciting customer requirements, defining limits to project scope, and developing contract documentation
- Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience
- Project Lead experience
- Quest Migration Manager Experience
- MCSA Windows Server certification
- Microsoft O365 Messaging Experience
- Candidates in either Eastern or Central US time zones
