Job Description - Senior Enterprise IT Architect - Remote
SENIOR ENTERPRISE IT ARCHITECT - REMOTE THE POSITION: ICS is immediately hiring for a Senior Enterprise IT Architect to join our Technology Consulting client and be part of a key project! The ideal candidate will be someone who understands IT automation (Terraform, Ansible towers, etc.) to work with customer's technical teams to document and validate new platform design choices, tools etc. WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Technical Expertise in multiple specific IT subjects or products
- Long-term comprehensive experience with enterprise technologies
- Technical architecture and code reviews and performance of technical proofs of concept
- Analysis of complex IT application landscapes
- Analysis of the status quo and optimization of IT architectures
- Functional and technical online and Internet strategies
- IT project management and quality assurance
- Optimization of application development processes
- High level of credibility with business executives and in IT topics
- The ideal candidate possesses: • A university degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration • At least 8 years of professional experience in the field of professional software development or IT project management • Extensive technical expertise in multiple IT subjects (overarching understanding of architecture, object-oriented programming languages, database design and systems, component technologies, XML standards, and current technology trends) with a broad knowledge of additional IT subjects • In depth knowledge with the ability to be hands-on in work and analysis, operationally involved • Expert in execution of tasks • Expertise in project planning and controlling • Overview of common development methods and tools • Experience in requirement and configuration management • Insight into quality and risk management processes • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills • Distinct client and results orientation • Assist in the successful acquisition and development of client relationships and in drafting project proposals • A confident and convincing manner • Team spirit, communication and presentation skills, and mental agility
