We are seeking a Principal Executive Consultant for the ServiceNow Inspire Executive Advisory team. The ServiceNow Inspire Executive Advisory team engages with our most ambitious Digital Transformational customers within the Global 500 to deliver advisory engagements to leverage their investment in ServiceNow to enable their digital transformation strategies.Inspire team members possess a diverse Business Management and IT Advisory Consulting background and largely come from CxO and Executive Advisory roles. The individual for this role will have specific knowledge of leading innovations and the workflows that enable the Life Sciences industry related to Digital Transformation trends. In this role we are looking for an individual to help lead the creation of innovative client solutions within the Life Science industry sector. You will need to thoroughly understand the client experience and the workflows associated with Life Sciences such as the Clinical Trials workflow and regulations.The ideal candidate will be able to work across multiple Life Sciences account teams that covers our top 120 customers within the Americas crafting forward-looking strategy roadmaps enabled by innovative solution architecture and design necessary to transform their business outcomes. Furthermore, this individual must be able to lead, mentor and grow other Solution Consultants within the Americas supporting the Life Science Industry.We’re disruptive and humble at the same time. Build and lead the development of world class solutions using ServiceNow for the Life Science’s Industry

Work closely with the top strategic account teams to deploy advisory services to the highest-return opportunities across the largest and most progressive ServiceNow Life Science clients

You will routinely engage with Senior Director, VP and C-level executives, both internally and externally

Provide Life Sciences Industry perspectives and guidance on long-term strategy/architectural roadmap, investments and innovation drawing upon your depth and breadth of knowledge of the industry.

Lead cross-functional engagement teams on high-profile client engagements

Facilitate executive workshops, and represent ServiceNow at executive forums

Educate ServiceNow account teams on strategy and architectural best practices and trends within Life Sciences

Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units to create repeatable solutions that could lead to creation of a product

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

Fifteen plus years performing Industry advisory services. This individual must be a practitioner within the Life Sciences Industries. You must have lived within the industry, not just know about it on paper. And one must have relevant examples of solutions you have designed and developed that have innovated the industry. The perfect balance in this role would be someone who worked for a leading life sciences company and spent part of their career performing advisory services for a leading consulting company.

Ten plus years leading innovative solution design within the Life Sciences Industry

Pre-sales experience within a consulting organization

Experience developing and growing CxO level relationships

Record of building strong customer relationships

Consultative Selling (question-based selling, positioning services)

Ability to communicate complex topics in plain English to CxO level executives

Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding of ideas

Experience in matrixed management environments and strong stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Computer Science is a plus

Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging trends in IT and specific industries.
