Job Description - Salesforce Expert - Remote
SENIOR SALESFORCE CONSULTANT REMOTE - IN THE U.S.THE POSITION: ICS is hiring for a Senior Salesforce Consultant, with Lightning and B2B Commerce Cloud experience, who will help deliver on a key project for our Technology Consulting client! WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Participate in meetings with the department heads to gauge their business's needs and learn more about factors affecting communication, productivity or employee satisfaction.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
- Analyze current technologies used within Salesforce and determine ways to improve
- Identify areas where Salesforce can support business needs and goals.
- Work with business units to develop Salesforce strategies and to improve current Salesforce implementations.
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
- Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project
- Prepare and document testing requirements.
