Genuent is hiring an Sr. Project Administrator (HR) for our direct client in Austin, TX. This is a 3 month contract to hireposition with an immediate start date. Qualified candidates should send their resume (Word format) to Erica Shackleton at Sr. Project Administrator (HR) - Remote in TXContract to HirePOSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Sr. Project Administrator provides project leadership and support to Human Resources operations projects. This role works with the HR and cross functional team members to execute project initiatives, manage change, and drive HR operational excellence. The Human Resources Sr. Project Administrator provides consultative support and manages process improvement projects from original concept through successful change management and final implementation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: .

  • Analyze operational efficiency and employee experience to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead process improvement projects
  • Develop project charters: build project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and timelines
  • Develop project plans in collaboration with stakeholders to execute HR process improvement projects, distributes work among team members, sets expectations, and drives to deliver projects with excellence,
  • Monitor project milestone completion; identifies process and operational roadblocks; owns and consults solution development with stakeholders, and escalates critical decisions to reach alignment
  • Works collaboratively with HR and cross functional team members to deliver a cohesive and integrated solution
  • Develops effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success
  • Act as an ambassador and change agent to build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage department Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they reflect the current process and are easy to understand and follow.
  • Manage all internal audits and audit responses for the Human Resource team.
  • Serve as backup for recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt staff and contingent workers including contractors, temporary employees and interns. Write and place advertisements. Review applications and resumes. Evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding qualifications. Interview job applicants.
  • Assist in conducting new employee orientations, management and supervisory training and other employee and management learning and development programs.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Experience creating and managing project governance (project plans, documenting meeting notes, project risk/issue identification and mitigation).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others
  • Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences
  • Possesses strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, influence, and motivate others in the work group
  • Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Must be able to develop professional product suitable for presentation to executive leadership to communicate project goals, status, decisions etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of employee regulations and HR compliance
  • Working knowledge of human resource information systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now and/or Cornerstone On Demand
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Human Resources or related field and a minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, project management and process documentation and improvement experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional in Human Resources (CP/PHR) certification
  • Prior experience in private and public sector organizations
