Position: Enterprise Salesforce Architect with some development responsibilities – Senior Role

Location: Dallas, Texas - hybrid

Technical Requirements: T Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Canvas Integration, MuleSoft, Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager, Fullstack Java experience

Duration: Long term contract with opportunities for extensions or likelihood for hire

Responsibilities:Responsible for consulting and aligning business & IT stakeholders to build the overall organizational IT strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.

Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

Documents and communicates the strategy using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, and adaptable manner.

Builds a technology vision and strategy for a service line or technical discipline. Using a holistic approach, conducts enterprise analysis, design, planning, and implementation for the successful development and execution of strategy.

Acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT and the business for analysis of business structure, processes, and resources to meet operational goals and objectives.

Acts as SPOC and champion for enterprise-wide IT initiatives that impact the service line. Participates as a top level technical expert in leading multiple consulting projects or a single large/complex project and ensures the success of enterprise-level application rollouts. Weighs alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions related to applications, vendors, and outside consultants.

Works within IT to establish operational objectives for teams of professionals supporting the IT platform and projects.

May guide other architects on establishing long-term vision or roadmaps of initiatives or designs. Implements policies and defines approach to strategy achievement for the service line or technical discipline. Provides authoritative advice to top leadership based on deep subject matter expertise. Performs other duties as assigned. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team. Leads project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.

May have responsibility for assessing the quality of others' work products.

Developer and development, solutions, data protection, hand-on development as well.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. 10+ years of experience with Salesforce in Developer, Administrator or Architect capacity.

One or more Salesforce Certifications highly preferred.

Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex API’s, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards.

Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud highly preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required.

Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses is highly desirable.

Development experience with Restful web services and Integration Experience using SOA/ESB strongly desired

Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns.

Creative problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic

Ability to work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.

Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
